I was thrilled to receive an ARC of The Book of Doors by Gareth Brown from NetGalley and William Morrow, and it did not disappoint! This novel is a captivating blend of mystery, adventure, and deeply woven character development. Brown’s storytelling is intricate yet easy to follow, pulling readers into a world where every door opens to new surprises—both literal and metaphorical. The pacing kept me engaged, and the vivid descriptions made me feel like I was walking through each of those doors myself. It’s a unique and thought-provoking read that I couldn’t put down. Highly recommend to fans of immersive, fantastical tales!

In the last couple of weeks, I've had the delight of finishing The Water Legacy (book 2) and The Earth Legend (book 3). I've since dived into The Air Omen (book 4) and I'm thoroughly enjoying it! The Academy of Magical Creatures Series has truly exceeded all the expectations I had before starting, and I'm just so grateful it was recommended to me.
