Dry, chapped lips?? Need SPF? this has been my go-to for lip protection & moisturizer for years now- our lips can get cancer too so we ALWAYS need spf during the day- I just apply my lipstick or color over it- I have our babes put this on before their outdoor sports games to protect & moisturize p.s.
