We drove past our lot today not expecting anything because the last 15x (lol) that we’ve been there in the last month and a half or so, nothing had been started. Our builder warned us of the initial waiting period calling it the “nail biting period”.. I see why 😆 ANYWAYS. We were excited to see that they finally started grading today which means the building process has finally begun and we’re over the moon excited about it!
