💪🏾 Amazfit Band 7 Smartwatch is perfect for what I need it for. It’s $50 and keeps track of your steps, heart rate, exercises, sleep, has customizable faces AND the battery life on it is GREAT! It lasts up to 18 days! There’s different versions but I love the slim design of the 7.

💪🏾 Lululemon beltbag is perfect all the time for daily wear but it also fits my phone, my keys, my wallet, AND my workout gloves so its the perfect sling bag to take to a quick gym sesh or a walk around the neighborhood.

💪🏾 Spanx leggings are an all time favorite! They don’t roll down and have just enough compression to make me feel pulled in together in all the right places. They are perfect for light to high intensity workouts.

💪🏾 On Cloud sneakers are a must if you’re a walker, a nurse, or just anyone on your feet all day. They feel soooo good! They are wide width friendly, Cedrric and I both own MULTIPLE pairs of them! I wear the Cloudswifts but all models are PRIMO!

💪🏾 Y’all know I LOVE my walking pad. I can easily watch a show in the evenings and my pad is quiet and has the crossbar for stability. I find it way easier to meet my step goal daily this way AND it holds up to 300 pounds! It comes with a remote, large display screen, and you’re able to run on it as well.

💪🏾 Lands End canvas tote comes in a variety of sizes but I love this size to be the perfect on the go tote for running errands or to take to the gym. It fits in small spaces so I don’t have to lock it up in the locker and if you wanted to use it as a work bag you could because it has a laptop spot along with other interior pockets. I find it way easier to meet my step goal daily this way AND it holds up to 300 pounds! It comes with a remote, large display screen, and you’re able to run on it as well.

💪🏾 Lands End canvas tote comes in a variety of sizes but I love this size to be the perfect on the go tote for running errands or to take to the gym. It fits in small spaces so I don’t have to lock it up in the locker and if you wanted to use it as a work bag you could because it has a laptop spot along with other interior pockets.
