💪🏾 Amazfit Band 7 Smartwatch is perfect for what I need it for. It’s $50 and keeps track of your steps, heart rate, exercises, sleep, has customizable faces AND the battery life on it is GREAT! It lasts up to 18 days! There’s different versions but I love the slim design of the 7.

💪🏾 Lululemon beltbag is perfect all the time for daily wear but it also fits my phone, my keys, my wallet, AND my workout gloves so its the perfect sling bag to take to a quick gym sesh or a walk around the neighborhood.

💪🏾 Spanx leggings are an all time favorite! They don’t roll down and have just enough compression to make me feel pulled in together in all the right places. They are perfect for light to high intensity workouts.

I find it way easier to meet my step goal daily this way AND it holds up to 300 pounds! It comes with a remote, large display screen, and you’re able to run on it as well.

💪🏾 Lands End canvas tote comes in a variety of sizes but I love this size to be the perfect on the go tote for running errands or to take to the gym. I switched out my spin bike (which I still love but just not using) to a walking pad. I love how slim it is. So far it's new but what I love about it is:
🚶🏽‍♀️ It holds up to 300 pounds. I didn't find many that held over that weight. I am under the weight capacity but still wanted the option.

✨ Another walking pad is linked that has a weight capacity of 320lbs but doesn’t have the arm rest.

🚶🏽‍♀️It comes with a remote controller and has a control center on the handle bar.

🚶🏽‍♀️It has a place to hold a phone, kindle, or iPad, and the handle folds down as well if you don't want it up.

🚶🏽‍♀️The entire thing also fits under your sofa as well!
