💪🏾 I weightrain in Nike Metcons 9. There are various different versions of these, but I find that they are wide width friendly and they are fantastic to weigh train (9) and cross train (7) in depending on the style

💪🏾 Amazfit Band 7 Smartwatch is perfect for what I need it for. It’s $50 and keeps track of your steps, heart rate, exercises, sleep, has customizable faces AND the battery life on it is GREAT! It lasts up to 18 days! There’s different versions but I love the slim design of the 7.

💪🏾 Lululemon beltbag is perfect all the time for daily wear but it also fits my phone, my keys, my wallet, AND my workout gloves so its the perfect sling bag to take to a quick gym sesh or a walk around the neighborhood.

💪🏾 Spanx leggings are an all time favorite! They don’t roll down and have just enough compression to make me feel pulled in together in all the right places. They are perfect for light to high intensity workouts.

💪🏾 On Cloud sneakers are a must if you’re a walker, a nurse, or just anyone on your feet all day. They feel soooo good! They are wide width friendly, Cedrric and I both own MULTIPLE pairs of them! I wear the Cloudswifts but all models are PRIMO!

💪🏾 Y’all know I LOVE my walking pad. I can easily watch a show in the evenings and my pad is quiet and has the crossbar for stability. I find it way easier to meet my step goal daily this way AND it holds up to 300 pounds! It comes with a remote, large display screen, and you’re able to run on it as well.

💪🏾 Lands End canvas tote comes in a variety of sizes but I love this size to be the perfect on the go tote for running errands or to take to the gym. It fits in small spaces so I don’t have to lock it up in the locker and if you wanted to use it as a work bag you could because it has a laptop spot along with other interior pockets. Go from gym to work with this one bag.

📦 These oil dispensers are aesthetically pleasing and look beautiful on your kitchen counter. They come with a ton of different labels including blank and seasonal ones in case you want to use them around your coffee bar as well or for other sauces.

📦 The soap dispensers come in a pack of two and are glass. They have different pump options available like black and oil rubbed bronze. They look really luxe and you can put them in your bathroom or use them by your kitchen sink as well.

📦 This trashcan is motion sensored and the fluted detailing and gold band across the bottom are a very nice touch

📦 This 7' olive tree and base is sold separately but looks amazing together and is the perfect size in any home. The branches looks so realistic and because it's slim it fits into any space.
