After 3 college move in’s, everything I used for my daughter’s dorm, tried and true must haves!

Home design is my thing—but as a mom, I also believe in creating systems that work wherever life takes them… even a dorm room. After sending three kids to college, this is the medicine kit I’ve found actually gets used. Of course, they can always go to the health center or urgent care—but when they wake up not feeling great or call at 2am, this is what they usually reach for. You don’t need to overpack—just cover the basics!

What I packed:
• Flexible assorted-size Band-Aids
• Ibuprofen
• Acetaminophen
• Benadryl
• Flonase
• DayQuil & NyQuil
• Mucinex
• Thermometer
• Hydrocortisone cream
• Neosporin
• Vicks Vapo Rub
