My boys shared this room for years. Originally, there were walk-in closets in all four corners of the room. This may sound great but was really impractical.
When I remodeled I removed 2 closest and really opened up the room

In place of the closets I made built in drawers for clothing and built desks for both boys.
I finished the drawers with brass ball knobs, drawer pulls and bin pulls. For lighting I used a bronze picture light
One nice feature is the top mount hamper in the left corner

This was the original bedding for the boys. I got a simple bed frame and wall mounted upholstered headboards. At the foot of each bed are 2 upholstered wood ottomans. Instead of nightstands the boys shared this cane door TV stand

This is the current bedroom styling of the boys’ room.
I replaced the wall mount headboards with upholstered wing back wood beds. The quilt and sheet sets are from Gap/Walmart. I kept the wood and cane TV console but added the famous McGee and Co Decker ceramic lamp
