Athleta nails it again with their sleepwear. This fabric is super soft and cozy. The top is a little oversized. I’m wearing a Medium, and could’ve taken a Small and still had some room. (But it’s a sleep shirt, so I prefer it to have more room.) The shorts don’t bunch up in a weird way and they run true to size. I’m wearing a Medium.

I’ve added the the joggers to my Christmas list this year, and I’m honestly considering another set in a different color. They’re seriously the best pajamas!

Sometimes you just need cake. This week I went for @lauraleabalanced’s sheet cake with @saramcglothlin’s chocolate frosting. The best part about these two delicious gems - no refined sugar. I used monkfruit and regular Swerve sweetener in the cake. The frosting has a little maple syrup and I swapped half of the coconut sugar for Swerve “brown sugar” sweetener. Maldon sea salt, coconut flakes and cacao nibs on top. Pass me a fork. 🥳

I don’t know about you but I’m washing my hands about a 100 times a day. The only products keeping them from not being a red chapped disaster are cleancult hand soap and shea butter. Cleancult’s hand soap is made from coconut oil and olive oil (among other natural ingredients) that makes it a strong cleaner that’s gentle on your skin. I use the shea butter every night to seal in some moisture.
