Yesterday’s shoulder/upper body workout (i remixed it a little 😂) courtesy of Caroline Girvan on YouTube (10/10 recommend subscribing to her channel for any/all of your at-home strength training workouts!). Caroline used dumbbells for all 3 sets while I went from (2) 5lb multi-usage (dumbbell, kettlebell, & weight plate) dumbbells ⇢ (2) 7 ring resistance bands ⇢ (2) 10lb multi-usage dumbbells 💪🏻. Talk about intense 🥵💥!

All equipment is tagged! Sports bra is a size L (I am a 36DD) & Fabletics leggings are an XL!

#Fabletics has NEVER let me down - from socks to hair scrunchies - they are the REAL DEAL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & it feels good to know that when I wear their leggings or sports bras that someone really took the time to know what curvier women need/want in #fitnesswear because for so long no one gave a shit how we felt or what we looked like in it as long as THEY got paid 😑🤯🤬

thankfully I had my new @fabletics fleece to keep me warm during today’s workout in Arctic degree temps 🥶.Some things to know about today’s workout fit:

🔸 #Fabletics Zaylee Funnel Neck Tunic, size XL. OBSESSED with this fleece!! Longline, has the thumb holes, plenty of room in the neck area, front/hoodie style pocket - just all around 10/10. It’s a little big on me but it’ll likely shrink so it doesn’t bother me! Comes in black & white!
🔸 Sports Bra is the All in Motion Medium Support Seamless Cami Bra, size XL, from #Target. I’m pleasantly surprised by this bra & have since bought it in a few different colors. Super affordable ($16), super SUPPORTIVE (I wouldn’t jump rope in it but you won’t be falling out of it in downward dog either 😳), & great, soft material. I’m a 38DD for reference & highly recommend even just to wear around the house!
🔸 Leggings - the same as every other day this week (Fabletics Define High Waisted Legging, size XL) 😂. I’m telling you they’re the greatest workout leggings EVER 💯
🔸 Extras - Headphones are the Anker Soundcore Q20 Noise Cancelling headphones. These are an older model but if you’re looking for new, affordable, great sounding headphones, def. check these out!

Day 3 & my pinched nerve was doing thee absolute MOST so I was not thrilled for today’s work out BUT, i threw my new #fabletics on, turned on some Donna Summer (I love me some disco to work out too 😂) & an hour later I was feeling loose as a goose (clearly 💃🏼🎧). Some things to know about #myfabletics fit:

🔹 Define High-Waisted Legging, size XL. This are a thick girls dream legging, especially if you love max compression. I feel like my workouts are never as good if my clothing doesn’t hold me tight (if that makes any sense 😂)
🔹 Giana Mock Neck Long-Sleeve Top, size XL. Ok soooo I really want to like this too BUT I’m not a huge fan of the mock neck. I thought with it being cooler I would like/appreciate something around my neck but it’s giving me i’m about to choke to death vibes (& not in the good way🥴). I also don’t like that there aren’t any thumb holes in the sleeve. I kept finding myself looking for them during my mat work 😞 I do like that this top fits closer to my body (which is difficult bc my chest is big (38DD) but my waist is small so it’s rare to find something that fits both) as opposed to the Old Navy top (see Mon & Tuesday’s fit) but that’s about it 🥺😞
🔹 No Bounce High Impact Sports Bra, size L. This is the same one as yesterday but just in pink (“Opal”). Yesterday’s was in the color “Grey Violet.” Again, obsessed with this sports bra as it supports Thelma & Louise PERFECTLY! 😍💯
Extras:
🔹 Headphones & Pilates Ring are both in my Amazon store along with my other fitness essentials! If you’re looking for something to pull you together real quick, that “magic circle” will SURELY do it 🥵.

Day 2 of working out in my new fall/winter #fitnessgear. I felt much better during today’s workout & the only real difference was I had on leggings instead 😂 I feel like my workouts are much better when I wear high compression leggings as opposed to joggers or sweatpants. I don’t know if it’s a mental thing or not but it’s def. a real thing (for me at least 🥴😂)! Some things to know:
🔹 Same Old Navy performance top (XL) that I had on yesterday just in black. Again, might be a mental thing but I feel 1000 times better wearing black when i workout as opposed to any other color. Come to think, I don’t own one pair of leggings that aren’t black 😳 speaking of which…
🔹 Define High-Waisted Fabletics Leggings, XL. I have yet to find a better high-waisted, high COMPRESSION leggings than these. They are squat proof, wash/dry well, & worth every bit of annoyance of forgetting to skip the membership every month 😑 (when I’m not buying more of the same things that is 😳) .
🔹 Fabletics No Bounce High Impact Sports Bra, size L. Now THIS is a FOR REAL high impact bra. I have this bra In multiple colors as I’ve found it gives me the best support on HIIT, jump-rope, cardio days. I am a size 38DD & have always gotten an XL in Fabletics bras but I have lost a decent amount of inches on my back so I got a large this time & it fits AMAZING! I wish I would have gotten new bras sooner!
Extras:
🔹 Headphones: Anker Soundcore Life Q20 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling headphones. Been using these as my fitness headphones for years & the sound is still excellent & the charge lasts me about 3-4 workouts.
🔹 I found these BFR (blood flow restriction) bands on Amazon (of course) & after trying 3 other sets/brands, I landed in these & have been obsessed with them ever since! My new fall/winter #MIDSIZE workout gear arrived over the weekend so I’m trying them out during my workouts this week! It’s so hard to find good workout clothes that don’t break the bank but also fit & SUPPORT all your lady bits! I’ve lost 40lbs this year so I’m in a constant state of trial & error when it comes to finding pieces that check all my fitness attire boxes. Once I do I proceed to buy them in every color #anybodyelse? 😂 Some things to know:

🔹 Old Navy Powersoft Cropped Performance top, size XL. Living in TN & it being sweltering 90% of the time, working out outside with a shirt on is NOTHING I’m used to. I’m not ready to let go of my balcony workouts yet though so I wanted some slim fitting long sleeve tops. I got this in both brown & black & love both of them. They have thumb holes in the sleeves which is always a positive in my book & while it is thin, I was surprised at how warm it kept me!
🔹 Old Navy High Support Racerback Sports Bra, size 38DD. Ok so I’m not sure about HIGH support, I would probably say medium AT BEST 🥴 I feel like it’s a tad big in the back but fits well in the cup area & if I went down a size, I’d likely gain one & lose the other. I think I would like this more if the shoulder straps were adjustable but you can only adjust the back size. I’m still going to wear it because it’s not TERRIBLE, I just won’t be wearing it on my high impact days.
🔹 On-The-Go Cold Weather Jogger from Fabletics, size XL. I don’t usually wear joggers to workout but I threw them on for an early morning errand & just didn’t feel like changing come workout time. Super soft, easy to move in, & fit good. I love wearing joggers when I’m traveling & being as though I’ll be doing a lot of that during the holidays, I’m very happy with this purchase!
