When Dolly was a newborn, the best advice I received was to “just add water.” 💦 When you need a way to burn off some energy at the end of the day, send your kids outside to play in the sprinklers. When your child is bored inside on a cold or rainy day, give them some ice cubes to play with or a cup of water and a paintbrush. When your toddler is sticky or messy, throw them in the bathtub or hose them down outside to wash off. When your baby is being fussy, calm them down with a bath in the sink, shower, or wherever’s convenient. Yeah, your water bill may go up, but no one can complain about a clean baby in a cute bath towel. 🦄 Maybe that’s why bath time falls right before bed… when everyone is ready for the day to be done, we “just add water!” 💦 What’s the best mom advice you’ve ever been given?!
