Easy Lemon Rosemary Rotisserie Chicken Recipe!! 🍋 🍗 This is one of my favorites for the summer. It’s light but full of flavor. The leftover chicken makes great leftovers especially for tacos, chicken noodles soup, and chicken salad! I could not recommend the @webergrills SearWood Pellet Grill enough! We got it last summer and it’s an all in one. It is a smoker, rotisserie, griddle, and everyday grill. It cooks everything better than any restaurant and its so easy to use that even I can use it!!

LEMON ROSEMARY CHICKEN RECIPE: 🍋
Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken
1 squeezed lemon
1 bunch of fresh rosemary
Avocado Oil
Salt & Pepper
Garlic powder

Recipe:
1.Turn on Weber Searwood to 385 degrees

2.While its heating up season chicken with oil and spices. Cut up a little of the rosemary to season on top and put the remaining rosemary and lemon inside of the chicken.

3.Install the chicken on the rotisserie insert and cook until internal temperature of 165 degrees. (roughly 45 minutes depending on size of chicken)

4. When the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 you can eat and enjoy!!
