Save and Organize iCloud Photos to a Flash Drive

This method frees up storage, preserves memories, and lets you print select photos while safely storing the rest in a firebox.
1. Log in to iCloud: Visit iCloud.com, log in, and open the Photos app.
2. Group Photos: Create folders for each person (e.g., “Greyson,” “Riley Grace”) on your computer. Search iCloud Photos, download, and move pictures into their respective folders.
3. Upload to Flash Drive: Insert the flash drive, drag and drop folders onto it, and verify the transfer.
4. Print and Store: Print favorite photos, then place the flash drive in your firebox for safekeeping.
5. Eject Safely: Confirm all files are saved, then eject the flash drive.
