When I bought this top, I was worried about support and being able to make it through my high energy fitness classes. But it surpassed my expectations! I wore it to two different instructors in the span of a week with high intensity teaching styles and felt supported through both classes.

I love the thicker fabric of the built in bra. The crop length is exactly the shape I like to see with my fitness outfits.

Not sure how long this top will be available but it comes in a few different colors so you can bet I’ll be stocking up!!

Ride and grind!

After a long last weekend of summer indulgence, I hit the gym bright and early today.

Fall days can be a bit tough to navigate in Minnesota: crisp in the morning, blazing by midday, and comfortably cool again in the evening. So strategic layering is key 🫶

I have this cropped zip up in both this khaki color as well as black to match whatever I’m wearing. It has an adjustable waist band to tighten or loosen the fit.

Shorts are half of my JoyLab set ✌️

It’s the great MN get together!

For my annual trip to the fun & filling state fair, I wore my Everyday Essentials top (L) and shorts (XL) from MPowHer.

The day ended up in the mid 70s so I never needed to wear my sweatshirt today and it acted like an accessory tied around my waist.

You have GOT to wear reliable, comfortable shoes to the fair. Seriously, you will regret it if you don’t. So I chose my Adidas which are made almost entirely from recycled materials.

Lastly, accessories: I did my everyday gold hoops, birth month lotus necklace, pretty strap Apple Watch band, and a lulu lemon belt bag!
