Cook with me as I make one of my favorite go-to lunches at the moment- A delicious chicken fajita salad 🥗 My mouth waters just thinking about it and it is SO easy to make! Keeping costs down (especially since I’ve been cooking a lot more at home) is a priority of mine and thanks to @walmart’s private label brands- I can make more of these delicious meals without breaking the bank! My simple chicken fajita salad recipe:

Ingredients
1 lb (450g) skinless chicken breast cut into chunks
Frozen pepper blend OR 2-3 bell peppers sliced
1 onion sliced
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp fajita seasoning (see notes to make your own fajita seasoning mix)
4 cups salad greens or lettuce of your choice
Chipotle dressing
Tortilla Strips

Instructions
Preheat Air Fryer to 350F.
Mix all the ingredients for the Chicken Fajitas in a bowl and make sure everything is fully coated.
Add the mix into the Air Fryer basket and cook for 14-16 minutes turning halfway through.
Serve air fryer chicken fajitas as a salad with toppings of your choice.
