My biggest tip for keeping things off the floor is to have a place for everything. These hooks help with that. They really sold me when I learned I can use them on any surface and they won’t ruin the paint. Now my house had hooks everywhere…bathroom doors for towels, walls for bags, coats, belts, hats, everything. You get a hook! But really, they don’t ruin the paint. If I decide I want to move the hook, it’s so easy to remove it without ruining the wall, then I just stick it wherever I need a hook more.
