It’s giving early 90s French fashion vibes, and the embroidered hem with pearls just adds a touch of elegance.

I paired it with a pair of black Chanel sling backs and a mini Lady Dior bag to add to the French aesthetic. Plus a pair of cat eye sunglasses to add some vintage appeal, and some small gold jewelry to keep the look classy. And lastly, some red lipstick — this look wouldn’t be complete without a classic red lip to tie everything together.
