my fave way to swap out my art frequently & not break the bank - I order digital downloads on Etsy, get printed at Walgreens and frame in these poster frames! I would maybe consider different frames (since mine have plastic vs. glass), but these are a good inexpensive option! Mine are 24x36 😊

small space living realities:
• using a huge piece of art to cover my electrical panel
• creating a functional/somewhat aesthetic place to drop keys/mail/sunnies, and to give my place some character
• the essential coat/bag/dog leash hooks on the other side of the wall + with a little rug for a few pairs of go-to shoes underneath

we’re still not over how much a frame tv can truly change a space. it brought this little nook in our parents’ beach cottage to life, and it truly looks like a beautiful piece of art vs. a traditional static tv (so much so that our cable guy couldn’t even find where it was🤣)
