I have tried over 15 different styles and brands!

I recommend ordering the size that is closest to your waist size. EX: 38” waist - size (38) LARGE.

Stage 1: post surgical. Ideal for gentle lymphatic drainage. Helps bloat, post Parfum support and post liposuction support.

Stage 2: provides more shaping and structure. More in line with strong Shapewear. Safe to wear if no longer experiencing post surgical or postpartum symptoms, like bleeding or frequent swelling.

Stage 3: more in line with a waist trainer, but still provides even compression and comfort.

You may want help putting any of the 3 on the first couple times, but they so shape a bit to your frame and get easier to handle yourself!
