The most beautiful and fun rug just landed in the cabin!! 😱❤️
I’m a hardcore @rugs_usa fan girl - all the rugs in our apartment are from them (for real!) so I knew I had to put some Rugs USA gems in the cabin.

I’ve been eyeing this multi-color shag rug from them for a while now and I just adore how it pulls the whole living room together. (Rugs are fun like that - they’re a great way to visually tie in all the colors your have going on.)

I was actually inspired to get this rug from a cabin the girls and I stayed in a few years ago outside Sequoia NP. The house had a brightly colored thick rug that felt amazing under my feet in the wintertime and not only made me smile every time I looked at it, it was also like, super cozy to walk on. I wanted something like that for this cabin!!

We also grabbed their premium rug pad to make sure it doesn’t slip too much and this makes a big difference.

We have another Rugs USA rug in the loft and a small one by the cabin deck door that Twyla loves to sit on all day while looking at birds. 🐈
