Lake Atitlan is one of the most beautiful locations in the world and I had an amazing time here on a personal yoga retreat with my friend. I packed a lot of casual, athleisure clothes but also packed one dress. I loved this cute sundress. It was super comfy and fit the relaxed vibe on this Guatemala retreat.⁠⠀

I can start to wear white again since @zooeydesspaniel doesn’t jump on me as much as she used to. She looks a little sad in this pic cuz moments before she was scolded for barking at a tiny dog and little girl. She used to never bark on our walks and all of a sudden, one day, she became a barker...I need to watch some training videos on YouTube to stop this behavior because I don’t want people to think she’s an aggressive dog. I read that the first step is to identify exactly what causes her to bark and lunge. This is a hard step for me to figure out since it’s random for Zooey.

Weekends with my @zooeydesspaniel. When it’s just me and her I tend to wear all black and something comfy cuz she is a handful. She likes to nudge me with her wet nose (sometimes covered in dirt) a million times a day and is always begging me to take her out on a walk or Petco😆

Ok, enough about Zooey and more about this 100% Organic Cotton Roll Neck Sweatshirt that @saintandsofia gifted me. It is designed in London and the fit is fantastic! I also really appreciate that the roll neck part actually stays up. Did I mention it also has pockets? Being that it’s 100% organic cotton, I thought the price tag would be pretty high but it’s actually very reasonable ($60). Saint + Sofia call it “Luxury with a twist” because you pay up to 60% less than the luxury price for the same quality styles.

So many bikes in Amsterdam. Growing up in Japan I rode my bike to school and many other places and I thought Japan was bike friendly, but Amsterdam is on another level. I mean you can even take your bike on the train, ferries, and they also have their own traffic signals.
