Sharing my favorite fridge organization tools that help us be able to find everything we need quickly and easily with a busy family schedule.

This system 👇is something I can do on repeat and if I miss one day, I’ve only missed one person’s stuff and it’s not so overwhelming.

Each person (and category like sheets or towels) in our house has a laundry day. That’s their day, and I only wash their clothes. No sorting through piles trying to figure out which sock belongs to which child. No mixing loads and spending extra time dividing it all later.

I make two small exceptions:
🧺 A shared white load (we don’t have a lot of whites)
🌊 A “summer wet load” for all the damp stuff from swims, sprinkler runs, or pool parties (as needed)

This system keeps things simple, predictable and easy for a partner to help out with. Combine it with a delayed wash? 👌

It’s a 15 minute a day habit that makes a big difference for me. All the stuff I pick up from around the house from the night before + the morning all goes in and then I quickly rehome everything post drop off and move on with my day.

You can use any kind of cart for this, no special equipment needed other than something with tiers (or space) and wheels. 🛞

Create a Hydrogen Peroxide and Salt Paste Using:

• 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide
• 1/2 cup corn starch
• 1 tablespoon salt

Apply the paste to the stain, let sit for 30 minutes, then clean with damp cloth or in my case this little machine which made it so much easier.

Sharing how to shine up my favorite space saving cutting boards and get dull discoloration out with natural ingredients 🍋

Tap ❤️if your boards could use a little love!

Here’s what I do:

1. Scrub with Baking Soda and Salt 🧂 Mix baking soda and salt with water or lemon juice to create a paste. Cut a lemon in half and rub it over the board. Let it sit for a few minutes to help lift stains and neutralize odors. Scrub the board thoroughly with the 🍋 and rinse with hot water.

2. Spray or wipe the board with white vinegar, which is a natural disinfectant, allowing it to sit for a few minutes before rinsing again.

3. For additional deodorizing, sprinkle baking soda on the board, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, scrub, and rinse.

1 part boiling water + 1 part vinegar (3/4 cup of each) + 1 drop 💧of dish soap into reusable spray bottles by @sallysorganics with labels by @savvyandsorted

My stainless steel has never been so shiny or fingerprint free.

So why does this work? Vinegar is acidic, which helps break down grease and grime without scratching the surface, while dish soap adds surfactants that lift dirt and oil away. The water serves as a diluent, ensuring the mixture is gentle enough for regular use. This combination not only cleans effectively but also helps achieve a streak-free finish when wiped down properly.

I’m sharing my method for organizing cleaning supplies. Because if you’re in the thick of #momlife I know you’re cleaning EVERY 👏🏼 single 👏🏼 day.

The best thing I’ve implemented is having a “daily use” side and a “deep cleaning” side for when I’m doing the more involved🧽 tasks.

Moving on to the silverware drawer which had reached the level of who knows whats in there and was another area driving me crazy.

It only took a short amount of time to clean and reorganize. This new setup ended up working so well especially because I’m now able to separate sharp steak knives from the rest of the 🍴.

It was a very satisfying project as we use this drawer so many times a day and it’s nice to see a clean and easy to maintain system every time I open it✨

Finally. I can reach everything 🙌🏼

I’m continuing on in solving my no pantry problems - specifically, not being able to easily access or see what we have because, well #shortpeopleproblems

Although I may not have a huge pantry closet, that’s ok. This cabinet works well in our small home. We still have enough space for what we actually want to snack on. These particular pull out sliders separate everything nicely, make them super accessible, require no screws and are easy to clean.

Bonus❗️ the pull out angled basket lets me hide mom and dad snacks a little higher up and still be able to reach them 😂 So much better than having to get out the stepstool. 🪜
