2. Integrated scanning and digital filing
3. Cross shred

It’s simple, quick, and works especially when combined with a digital filing system utilizing Box, Dropbox etc.

Whether it’s school papers, receipts, bills or random mail — this helps keep paper clutter under control.

Here are the 2 things I did ⤵️

✔️I started opting for the digital download only package. Annnnd I never use the coupon they give you on the photo sheet. Once you register the photos with your account, in my experience they’ll send you better discount codes within a week or two.

✔️I purchased a photo printer and supplies - this one prints beautiful 4x6 ones from your 📱💻 or iPad and in a few minutes flat. So you can print the photos you want and not have to order a zillion printed copies just so you can have one framed.

This particular printer has lasted me YEARS and is still going strong. The cost of replacement supplies isn’t crazy, they last a while and it’s also great for when grandparents want copies of a photo or you want to print out and frame other pictures.

The 2 things I did were:

✔️Create a paperwork drop zone on the back of our door because it was the most convenient and logical area for 📑🗓️📄📰 as everyone was loading/unloading 🎒. It is also very easy to keep organized.

✔️Create an 🖼️ keeper display that would immediately tidy away artwork and also allow their work to be proudly displayed until the next round of pictures come through.

These can hold a large amount of art so you can tuck them away without feeling guilty or 🚮 before they’ve been enjoyed for a little while.

For those asking here’s what I use:

🗂️ magnetic file folders to hold paperwork and mail as they come in
🖨️ scan snap scanner
📄 Fellowes cross cut shredder or blackout roller stamp as a backup
💻There are a lot of digital storage options out there @box is pretty 🔥 and it’s great for having a way to store your files in a automatically “backed up” manner that doesn’t take up a huge amount of space on your computer (also accessible on your 📱 and the ☁️)

Sometimes those to do lists are too much and we need to take a pause. Other days you need to push that ✅ button.

I’m sharing how I boost my concentration, ditch the post-it notes 🟨 and still remember everything. ⤵️

📝 I use 3 x 5 pocket note cards with my dual sided desk mat to keep longer term to-do lists at the ready but also not constantly in my face stressing me out.

and

📋 I use a 10 x 7 dry erase slider board for those days when I want to tick things off and feel 👆productive.

Option 1 is arguably better than option 2 because of the depth which keeps papers contained but option 2 is more #budgetfriendly

‼️fyi The plastic for option 1 feels questionable at first but after using this for several months, it’s held up great and really keeps the paper mess under control in my workspace.
