My mother-in-law randomly snapped this pic one day. I don’t think I even looked in a mirror that day or even ran a brush through my hair 🙈 But I liked it anyway. Almost 1 year with my “velcro baby” who never likes to be apart from me. It’s difficult sometimes, but deep down I love it. This last year has been the most transformative. I became a mother & my heart broke into a million soft pieces. It’s been hard, amazing, exhausting, rewarding, defeating, & every other emotion in between. Learning & adjusting to my new role as mom while trying to balance life, 2 businesses, crazy hormones, breastfeeding, my sleep, & what days I can shower hasn’t been easy.
