The last few weeks have been emotionally overwhelming as I’ve watched everything happening in my home country, Venezuela. 🇻🇪❤️ Like so many of us, I’ve been learning that wellness isn’t about being perfect… it’s about continuing to show up for yourself, even on the difficult days.
