Is your look 2018? I got super nostalgic as I put together the look on the left😂, and if you still love this look, PLEASE wear it. However, if you want to incorporate more updated pieces, here’s how: 1) I’m love puffed sleeves as much as the next GOOPer, but a chunky shorter v-neck knit that automatically does the rule of thirds for you (see last video) is a no brainer 2) the skinny jeans and OTK boots are not a news flash, hang on to them, they will come back. For now, straight leg or flares with a bootie feels as fresh as the lug boots with leggings felt last year. (More on that In a future video) 3) oh the plaid scarf🙈 we all did it! And I still love mine, however this season I’m opting for a smaller still cozy silk and wool scarf in this season’s biggest color comeback: burgundy! What?! I know… 4) the duster! Swap for an elegant cropped trench, you won’t struggle finding one. 5) Floppy hats are functional but you can update the look with a more structured fedora or a newsboy hat.
