Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to hi@arianne-elmy.com right away. Once the item has left our facility the item cannot be cancelled or modified until it is returned.

Returns/ExchangesWe want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund you. The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and with all tags. The return most be postmarked within 10 days from the date of original delivery in order to receive full refund or exchange - No Exceptions. Any products shipped after 10 days will be shipped back at customer's expense. The customer is responsible for return shipment cost as well as items lost or damaged, we recommend you insure your package and save tracking number. We request you please not use USPS for returns only use UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt inside the package and indicate the exchange size needed or return request. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Arianne Elmy's sole discretion.
