I use a skin spatula to clean the pores on my nose. Weekly use has helped to minimize black and white heads. It can also be used for facial massage as well as to work in cleansing agents, masks and moisturizers.

Skincare is one of the most important things to focus on while trying to combat signs of aging. There are things that I choose to embrace, like my grays and my laugh lines. But there are other things, like sagging jowls and crepey skin, that I’ll fight off until I’m about 90 ish or so. 😅

One of the most important beauty tips that I’d like to stress… do not forget about your neck, back of hands AND cleavage. Do apply retinol based creams to those areas at night. No matter how young your face looks, those three neglected areas can be the tell-tale signs of an older person.

I use products from Olay and Neutrogenia.
