BREAKING from the Halloween decorating, I’m so excited to share a sneak peak of my daughter’s room redo! Although she’s at college, she wanted a room that fit her age and interests when she’s here (and I’m not going to lie, I don’t need a lot of reasons to redo a room!) She painted the walls navy while on break and left me with tons of paint marks on the ceiling, soooo I need quick fix - wallpaper!! (I’ve also always wanted to wallpaper a ceiling and now I’m hooked!! So this is how I’ve kept myself distracted that another child is leaving for college... planning and decorating for his new room! I went with a mixture of plaids and stripes! And honestly he would‘ve just been happy with his Keurig, laptop, a blanket and our Nextflix password! We’re on our way... and I’m holding back ALL tears for now😥 Stay tuned, hopefully he’ll let me get a pic of his new bachelor pad a.k.a his dorm room! Home sweet home... but I can’t help but sit here and think of all the incredible sights we saw last week! 🏰🇬🇧 I love bringing back souvenirs (particularly coffee cups!) from trips to remind me of these fun times!
