My 9 month old loves to eat and I don’t blame her. I’ve had quite a few mom’s DM me to ask how I keep up with giving Brielle new foods, but honestly I don’t really give her that many new foods in a week. I give her what we already have in our fridge and maybe add one or two things to our grocery list that’s specific for her. I know they say you should give you kids 1 new food a week, but I don’t got time or brain capacity to think of new foods every week haha Realistically, as she grows, she’ll eat what we already eat at home, so there’s no need for me stress out about giving her papaya or some other weird food we never have in our fridge haha I mainly focus on giving her foods with plenty of fiber and right now I’m trying to find more ways to add protein to her diet. Remember, you don’t need elaborate meals to have a happy baby! Just do your best because that alone will be enough. ♥️ babymealideas ChristianMoms FirstTimeMommy babyledweaning blw blwideas pureebaby 9montholdeatsinaday momlife christianvlog whatbabyeatsinaday babyfoodrecipes babyrecipes
