our kitchen is one of the main areas that we budgeted more splurge type items, we DIYd most of this build and saved everywhere we could, but the kitchen was not an area we wanted to have to move in and “re do” by choosing builder grade options.

we chose to do custom Amish cabinetry, these will last us a lifetime and are so well made. I opted for drawers instead of cabinets on the bottom, GAME CHANGER for plates and pots/pans. we added 2 dishwashers which also should be a no brainer if you hate doing dishes and have young kids. we added the hidden pantry door so the butlers pantry is connected, along with lotsssss of extra storage and other amazing @revashelf drawer inserts.

i remember I was so sad i had to leave all of our curtains at our old house until I realized that they didn’t fit and were not sized correctly. my best tip is to hang your rods HIGH, and go off of that when figuring out what length of curtain.

We only have @twopagescurtains in our home and i won’t get anything else bc they are such a great quality, custom sizing and have memory form. i love that you can also the blackout %. i have these in Cora’s room, my office and our bedroom and next on my list is our master closet, and the other two girls rooms 🎀

meet clara, yes we named her and she’s my new BFF for cleaning. not sure why I waited this long but after alot of research I am SO happy with this one. as a creator vacuums are pretty easy to come by with collabs so just know there is a reason I chose this one.
