our kitchen is one of the main areas that we budgeted more splurge type items, we DIYd most of this build and saved everywhere we could, but the kitchen was not an area we wanted to have to move in and “re do” by choosing builder grade options.

we chose to do custom Amish cabinetry, these will last us a lifetime and are so well made. I opted for drawers instead of cabinets on the bottom, GAME CHANGER for plates and pots/pans. we added 2 dishwashers which also should be a no brainer if you hate doing dishes and have young kids. we added the hidden pantry door so the butlers pantry is connected, along with lotsssss of extra storage and other amazing drawer inserts. Our plumbing fixtures are all ✨

so if you have been here you know I have shared my pocket amazon labels constantly, well last time I shared organization for toys I got a lot of hate for children who can’t read yet, so I decided to reorganize my 4.5 year olds toys to maximize her ability to pick up! 🧼

LABEL HOW TO:

i took a photo of each toy I wanted organized and used the prompt “create an icon illustration of this photo to use for a child’s toy bin label”. the photos were then created. you can’t do anything copyright hence the “Minnie inspired” bow. I then saved the photos and put them all together in a word document. I edited the wrap to “move to front” and spaced them on the page. I then added a black border to each image. printed, laminated and cut and that’s it! took my about 20 min!

these bins are my go to storage organization, one of my best sellers always ✨

I started with these packing cubes about 5 years ago and the have been such a game changer. for reference my little are 4,6, and 8, there are 6 outfits, 2 pairs of pajamas, socks, undies and 2 sweatshirts and there is still room 👏🏼
