Here’s my seriously unserious leg day routine that made me unable to take the stairs last night (and a backstory about just going for it). Sometime in the middle of last year, I decided to kick things up a notch with my physical fitness. Nothing crazy, really… but I did hire a trainer, joined a gym, got to the source of some ✨ personal challenges ✨ (pelvic floor therapy changed my whole life), and merely scratched the surface of what I now know I’m capable of. So in the spirit of confidence and newfound capability, here’s my first big workout of 2026, a leg day that made me whimper trying to make it to my train home 😅🫠 • Suitcase squat into front squat • Split squats • RDLs with a pulse • Side heel tap squats • Sumo squat pulses I did 3 sets of 12 reps each with two 15lb dumbbells. Nothing crazy, just slow and controlled. Dance break optional but highly encouraged!
