How to Eat a Coconut

1. Drain the Water: Make a hole inside one of the “dark spots” of the coconut (there are three) with a screwdriver and drain the liquid.

You can drink the coconut milk or drain it into a cup.

2. Then crack the shell! Use a hammer to hit the outside of the coconut as you rotate it. This will crack the coconut in half.

3. When it splits in half-> use a spoon or knife to remove the coconut “meat”.

4. Peal the coconuts 🥥 skin off with a veggie peeler.

5. Cut coconut into bite size pieces.

6. And Enjoy!
