Save this when planning your Fourth of July get together.. or even just for the kiddos! You can use any colors you like but I decided to do red white and blue for the patriotic season! Plan to make this ahead because it does take up some time. Each layer has to be firm before moving on to the next. *Ingredients Red&blue jello Gelatin mix (this is the white layer) Whip cream& sprinkles 14oz sweetened condensed milk *instructions -Make the blue jello box, follow the instructions on the box Add this layer to your clear cup and let get firm in fridge for a couple of hours -next you will make the gelatin, Pour 2 packets over a 1/2 cup of cold water &let sit for a few minutes Add 1 cup of boiling water and let gelatin dissolve Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and allow to cool to room temperature, pour on top of firm blue jello and you can place in fridge too Make your red jello, follow the instructions, pour on top of white layer and let set in fridge Once all is firm you can add whip cream and decorate with sprinkles and enjoy!
