A brown cashmere cardigan and dark wash wide-leg jeans could have stopped at “nice.” The leopard belt and flats are what make the outfit feel like me.

At 56 and 6'1", I've learned not to judge a piece solely by the outfit I happen to grab in the store. Sometimes the top isn't quite right. Sometimes the proportions need adjusting. And sometimes one piece that seems just okay becomes VERY good once I get it home and style it with my own wardrobe.
