The structure is taking shape 🏡
The support beams are up, the temporary walls are down, and for the first time — we can see the real layout of what this 1803 Cape Cod home will become. This stage feels like the true turning point. It took almost 3 months to get to this point. Dust, noise, and debris, the bones of the house are stronger, the floors are starting to level, and the new bathroom framing is underway. There’s something deeply satisfying about watching an old home regain its strength — one beam, one nail, one careful step at a time. This is Episode 4 in my Cape Cod Renovation Series, and it’s the first time it’s starting to look like the home we’ve been imagining for months. 💬 Tell me — do you love the renovation process, or just the big reveal?
