These Japanese Protein Cheesecakes are absolutely scrumptious and will be on repeat every single week!! Worth every ounce of hype and so much more!!

All you need -

Oikos vanilla protein yogurt (5.3 oz)
4 biscoff cookies

❤️Simply open up the yogurt, give it a stir
❤️Break the biscoff cookies in half and shove em’ into the yogurt
❤️Cover the yogurt back up, and place it in the fridge for 6 hours

ENJOY!!

Let me take you on a trip to the 90’s and how we did Birthday Cakes in our home. My mom made one for my siblings + I each birthday and it is core memory requesting our favorite cake flavor each year 🩵

Affordable, delicious + nostaglic ✨

How I make my 3 Layer Chocolate Cake…

🩵90’s Mom Birthday Boxed Cake🩵
2 boxes @bettycrocker Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
2 cups water
1 cup melted butter
6 eggs
3 cans @bettycrocker chocolate frosting

Preheat the oven to 350°
Grease three 9” cake pans with butter and line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper too

🩵In a mixing bowl, add the 2 boxes of cake mix, water, melted butter and eggs
🩵Mix together until the cake batter is smooth without clumps
🩵Divide the batter evenly amongst the 3 cake pans and bake according to the package for a 9” cake pan

🩵Let the cakes cool for 5 minutes and then flip the cakes carefully out of the pans and allow to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting

To frost:
🩵Add a generous, and I mean generous dollop into the center of the first cake layer
🩵Use the back of a spoon 🥄 and gentle spread out the frosting moving the excess towards the edges (it’s OK for this to fall over the edge)
🩵Add the 2nd layer, repeat frosting steps
🩵Add the 3rd layer, repeat frosting steps
🩵Use a butter knife and section by section add frosting vertically to the sides of the cake. The frosting that poured over the sides will fill the space between the layers perfectly!
Decorate as you wish!

Congrats, you’ve just made an incredible 3 layered cake for a 90’s childhood dream!

Alright my friends, you loved my twist on the @krusteaz cornbread with the creamed corn and I thought it was time to show you how I make it into a party-size serving instead of individual muffins ✨
This recipe is the yields the most tender + moist cornbread EVER!! Perfect for any gathering!
From BBQ’s to Brunch, you’ll have a crowd gathering and gobbling this up!

🩵Party Size Cornbread🩵
3 boxes @krusteaz cornbread mix
1 1/2 cup buttermilk (do not substitute)
3 eggs
1 cup oil (pick one: avocado, olive, vegetable)
Two 14.75 ounce cans of creamed corn

Pre heat the oven to 375°
Butter a 9x13 baking dish

🩵In a mixing bowl, add the cornbread mix, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and canned creamed corn
🩵Stir this all together until smooth and pour into the buttered baking dish
🩵Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 30 minutes
🩵Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until cooked all the way through
🩵Check at the 40 minute mark by sticking a toothpick into the center. It should come out clean or with few crumbs attached when it’s fully cooked
🩵Sprinkle with sea salt while warm - ENJOY!!

Smear a little jam onto the bottom of the parfait glass
Spoon in your favorite vanilla greek yogurt
Top with granola + fresh berries 🍓🫐

Save this one for grilling season, my friends!! My tried and true favorite flank steak marinade 🥩 It yields the most flavorful, tender steak that will surely become a staple in your grilling rotation!

I always buy 2 flank steaks + double this recipe below :)

🩵Favorite Flank Steak Marinade🩵

1/4 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp worcestershire
1/2 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
good pinch of salt + pepper
1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder + smoked paprika
2 Tbsp chopped parsley

🩵In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients listed above and stir well to combine
🩵Place your flank steak in a 9x13 dish and pour this marinade over your flank steak
🩵Cover your dish and allow this to sit for 3 to 8 hours to marinade

🔥Grill your flank steak just how you like!
