I recently added a lymphatic drainage brush to my routine and I honestly like it even more than gua sha—and I didn’t think I’d say that!

For me, the biggest difference is how effortless it feels, especially for the face and neck. No oils, no slipping, no trying to get the right angle. Just quick, gentle brushing that still gives that same “de-puff, feel lighter, glow up” effect—especially around the jawline and under the chin.

Why I’m loving it over gua sha for face & neck:
• Much faster to use (perfect for busy mornings)
• Easier to stay consistent with daily
• Feels more gentle and less technique-heavy
• Helps visibly reduce puffiness in the face and neck area
• Great for encouraging lymphatic flow where I notice swelling most

Quick routine I follow:

1. Start at the collarbone and gently brush upward toward the jaw
2. Use light, sweeping strokes along the neck (no pressure needed!)
3. Move along the jawline and under the chin to help de-puff
4. Finish with a few soft strokes from behind the ears down toward the collarbone

I usually do it before skincare or makeup, and I swear my face looks more sculpted and less puffy afterward. It’s become one of those simple habits that makes a noticeable difference without adding extra time to my routine.
