Ingredientes:
• Nachos (tortilla chips)
• Pollo mechado
• Queso rallado (recién rallado se derrite mejor 😉)
• Frijoles negros
• Maíz
• Jalapeños
• Cebolla morada

Pico de gallo:
• Tomate
• Cebolla
• Cilantro
• Jugo de limón
• Sal y pimienta

Preparación:
1️⃣ Coloca los nachos en una bandeja apta para horno.
2️⃣ Agrega pollo, queso, frijoles, maíz, jalapeños y cebolla morada.
3️⃣ Termina con un poco más de queso.
4️⃣ Hornea a 400°F por 8–10 minutos, hasta que el queso esté bien derretido.
5️⃣ Retira del horno y agrega pico de gallo, crema agria y guacamole al gusto. #nachos

Ingredients
Yogurt Base
• 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp honey
• ½ cup mixed berries, finely chopped
• ¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped

Chocolate Coating
• 1 cup (170 g) chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions
Mix yogurt, honey, berries, and pistachios until well combined.
Scoop into bite-size portions and freeze for 3 hours until firm.

Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
Dip frozen bites in chocolate and return to the freezer for 30 minutes, or until set.
