Solo parenting just days before we do a Europe trip with the kids 🥲 the timing of this couldn’t have been better lol but here’s how I stay afloat when David has to travel for work. -literally SCHEDULE out time that I am going to intentionally be slow and not rushed. For us the morning is the best time for this. It sets the day on a calm note and helps tremendously. -Have activities set up for my toddler that she will focus on and avoid screen time (if we can). Ex. Magnatiles, coloring, puzzles, watercolor paints, play doh, “washing dishes” 😂 she loves the sink and water is easy to clean haha -Try and get outside first thing in the morning before even eating or starting any routines -Be with your village and invite friends over, ask for help, visit a neighbor, go to a church group. You got this 💛 comment more tips because I need them too!!! toddlermom motherhoodjourney postpartumjourney toddlermomlife soloparenting
