I will say it worked as described with leaving my skin feeling extra clean and removed the makeup I was wearing. It has a light gel consistency and it is oil and fragrance free. I love the light rose scent of the toner and that it is so gentle on the skin. Overall I give these both a 10/10. LTKBeauty
