✨ Your Monday reminder. Set an intention for the day, then the week, then the month. 🍃Whether it be for work, health and/or healing. It doesn’t have to be complicated - simple changes that will become habits. ⬇️ I will go first: 1. Stretch throughout the day. 2. Push out negative thoughts. 3. Let myself cry when grief overtakes me. 4. Choose positivity. 5. Make healthy eating choices. 6. Prioritize working out first thing in the morning. 7. Only make myself accessible to those who have mutual love, honor and respect throughout the day. 8. Journal thoughts and ideas as they arise. 9. Get 120oz of water in. 10. Don’t look at my phone from 0600-1000. 🍃EVERY morning regardless if it is 20 degrees and snowing, or hot as heck, I step onto my porch and take 10 DEEP inhales and exhales. How do you reset?
