Tarragon & Lemon Lobster Rolls. They taste like vacation in a toasted bun. 🦞🍋

Here’s the move:
Bake 2 lbs lobster at 325°F for 15 mins. Let cool, then chop.
Mix ½ cup mayo with minced tarragon, chives, celery, juice of 1 lemon, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for a bit.
Toss in the lobster. Butter and toast 4 top-split buns, line with bibb lettuce, and fill them up. Alternatively, you can serve the lobster salad in lettuce cups instead of hot dog buns for a low-calorie option!

That’s it. Serve with chips and call it a perfect summer meal. Will you be trying this one this Summer?
