Added a new cashmere hoodie to my collection of elevated casual wear. This is a spring weight and it’s in the same color family as all of my Brochu so it layers perfectly.
I paired this back with suede loafers (Loro Piana inspired) and my white jeans are a perfect way to bring this look into spring.

Every time I put these jeans back on I remember how much I love them- so chic, so flattering, so comfortable.

This one is made up of what I call “wardrobe-builders” - pieces that layer well with others and that are classic- the ones you keep!
I added very minimal accessories to keep this look fresh. My Celine leather belt has been getting a ton of use lately and really sets the tone for this look. My (several seasons old) Celine necklace nods to the gold on the belt and is the right length for this top (you could also put jewelry in the neckline).
Wear this look with fisherman sandals, boots or heels. It also layers well with a denim jacket or longer coats in the same color family.

Travel day wardrobe. Wore this look to catch up on doctor appointments and to travel. It is so soft- feels like pajamas- and I got compliments everywhere I went. I just added the puffer jacket to this set because it’s the same color family and super light weight- packs well.

Today to the office

I am * so excited * about my new white denim. I wanted something cropped but not too short, fitted but not too tight and flared but just slightly. I’ve been researching to find that perfect pair and these came in last night and they check all the marks. They are stretch so they are super comfy too.

My Toteme-inspired jacket is still trending from last year and Bob the designer and imitators brought it back to market- tagged here for you.

I love the versatility of this look and also the comfort. It’s very Nordic while also being mom friendly. 10/10 recommend each of these pieces.

I am excited for the crisp weather here at our ranch - the mornings are chilly and the late afternoons warm up a little. I layer so I can add and subtract throughout the day.
I am really big on buying pieces that *BUILD* a wardrobe- not stand-alone items that last a season.
When you think about layering, you need various textures and patterns and weights - but they all need to coordinate. Plaid is great to layer but hear me- it’s not just any plaid. This one is fitted and stretchy and has a flannel feel- AND it’s a perfect neutral for layering. You don’t need a million plaid shirts- you need one and this is it.
Same with tote bags. I have had my black tote for more than a decade. I have been wearing more brown so I just got this woven leather brown one - which coordinates with my brown shoes and boots.
Last thing 😜 don’t sleep on these pants. They are my top sold item and I haven’t seen a single return. They are perfectly cream, flattering and modern, in a great preppy 90s way. I wear them year-round and this is THE pair.
