The absolute best trick I’ve ever seen at a sports game - a mom bringing face paint crayons! The kids were lined up and so happy. She did it out of the kindness of her heart and every kid in the place was THRILLED!

We packed casual, active clothes for our spring break trip to Arizona. The kids had layers and hiking boots and it was actually the same as what we wear here at home on the ranch. We are at about 5,000ft here at home so we live in the mountains as well- something I’m getting used to and like.
Showing you the basics they all had here - items I buy a little large so they wear for multiple years and pass down. I’ve had friends ask so thought I’d share.

Boyce is studying Texas in school and once he memorized the unit, I rewarded him with a Texas needlepoint belt. He was SO proud to wear it to school today. It meant so much more to him now that he knows what each of the symbols are and mean. Swipe for fun Texas facts!

BACKPACK SEASON!
Our backpacks for the new school year are here and I am so happy with them. The vinyl material is easy to wipe down and I love a ditzy print for the girls. The boys got coordinating plaid’s, and I was sure to use their monogram instead of their real names for safety purposes.
