So you got the treatment, you get home, and now what? Post treatment massages are the single most important thing you can do to make sure your treatment looks good, lasts long and doesn’t make nodules. You need to firmly massage your skin: 💆🏾‍♀️ 5 times a day ⏰ 5 mins each time 📆 for 5 days You can use your hands, a facial roller, or even a gua sha. You might be puffy or bruised afterward so adding arnica gel can help as well. Find my Sculptra rescue kit linked in my LTK with all the products I use to get the most out of my Sculptra treatment. Don’t forget to put a fresh pillow case down tonight and make sure you’re eating vitamin C and Protien tomorrow to help you rebuild all that collagen! #LTKselfcare #LTKOver40 #LTKvlog

The most versatile one of the three, this Navy Alo set is activewear enough for the mat or a run, but also works for co-working at a cafe. The Alo Accolade fabric is soft and cozy and layers perfectly over these airy shorts. @Alo Yoga #LTKMidsize #LTKOver40 #LTKActive
@lululemon and @Alo Yoga make some of the best summertime picks for comfort and versatility. I love this top because the adjustable straps make sure that even if I have this top for years it will still fit securely. A bight and soft set from Lulu never does me wrong. The fabric moves with you and doesn’t smell funny when you get sweaty! A must for summer fitness! All items in size 6 or Small. #LTKActive #LTKMidsize #LTKselfcare
If you’re like me, you own way too much activewear and not neigh real clothing, if you’re looking for new ways to style the activewear you’ve already got here are some suggestions! These trousers from @lululemon are versatile and actually feel more like yoga wear than workwear! Give them a try with a sports bra and a big bag like this one! #LTKgrwm #LTKActive #LTKOver40
