Emersyn grabbed the cutest Christmas sweatshirt at American Eagle! It’s not too Christmasy, so I feel like we’ll be able to wear it all winter, even past Christmas! I love it too and am sharing it with her! So fun to be able to share clothes with my girls!

This set is from Athleta and I love it! I wouldn’t have normally picked this plum color but I saw it on someone else and loved how it looked! I’m wearing a small sweatshirt and XS sweatpants! Everything at Athleta runs a little big so keep that in mind!

This All in Motion muscle tank from Target is my FAVORITE workout tank right now! I have it in multiple colors! I love the length because it’s modest but isn’t too long. Lightweight and breathable and also covers any sports bra straps so you don’t have to worry about having the right shaped bra to match the tank!

When you buy two things separately and they match perfectly! I bought these sweatpants a few weeks ago at Target and they are SO cozy, and then this weekend I bought this crewneck on sale at Offline by Aerie! Put them on today and it was a perfect match! The crewneck has a thumb hole too for extra coziness! I’m wearing an XS in the sweatshirt and it’s plenty big, and XS in the sweatpants!

Found these two pieces at Athleta and I am in LOVE. I’ve been wanting to try on leggings at Athleta for a while and this weekend I finally had time. I fell in love with these - they are buttery soft and hold you in but not suffocating. I love this tank with built in bra too!

I’m wearing a small top and XS leggings. Leggings are 7/8 which is the perfect length for my 5’ 5” frame!

Everyone in our family is using these compression boots to speed up recovery of sore muscles after working out and sports! I had been eyeing one of these for a while, and finally pulled the trigger as a birthday present to myself. Oh my WORD, I’m in love. It smells like a luxury resort when you walk in the front door. My favorite part is that you don’t have to keep refilling it. Just insert the oil bottle and it’s good to go for a month. Found these on the sale rack at Dick’s Sporting Goods last night and was so excited because I have these in the bike shorts version and I grab for them every time they are clean! I love this sports bra too and have it in multiple colors! It’s padded but the padding doesn’t come out so you don’t have to spend time fixing it ever! 🙌🏻

Sometimes you just need to freshen up your sweats. Found this set at Target and it’s so soft and comfy. Comes with sweatpants instead of sweat shorts too! I usually wear x-small at Target but size up to small in things like this for a comfier fit.
