It’s sparkle season and if your body looks like mine, it can be hit or miss when you’re trying on sequin dresses. I actually got this green dress to do a Grinch inspired look, but I didn’t expect to look like the actual Grinch 😂💀. BUT just because something doesn’t work out, doesn’t mean there’s not something else out there that looks incredible on you! Same body, 2 different dresses, 2 different results.

The dress on the left:
* is cut straight all the way down
* has no definition in the waist
* is layered with sequins that create dark shadows

The dress on the right:
* has a defined waist
* has a structured and adjustable corset style bodice that enhances my hourglass shape
* Has strategic texture and sparkle on the bottom half that almost camouflages my midsection

Festive Fit inspired by A Christmas Story (well actually, inspired by the iconic lamp 💡) Love a little black dress during the holidays because I always get a ton of use out of them

Dress 2: Size XL - All velvet, empire waist with a high slit. Has some stretch to it and is super comfy

Dress 3: Size XL- the straps are satin toe straps that you can adjust to your liking. The dress is double lined and flares out on the bottom
