Trying new athletic wear brands and I’m impressed with the quality of this one- the set is like BUTTER. So smooth, fitted but not constricting. True to size, and the pants come in different lengths

Do you even LIFT, bra? (Yall like that? Cause I thought it was genius 😂) It’s 2026, we are finding strapless bras that WORK!

Out of these two brands I tried from Amazon, they are the same size and style but the black option had more coverage in the cup area and an extra row of hooks in the band. The boning in the band is also softer/more flexible so overall comfort is better. I think the longline (almost corset-like) style is the key for me to personally feel secure in a strapless style. It seems to stay in place and actually give me the support I need. I went one band size up (normally a 38C, these are 40C), but if you have a flat tummy I would go with your regular size 🤍 #undergarments #bra #curvyfashion

Just found my favorite lightweight trousers for spring! Wearing an XL Long (I’m 5’6” and wearing heels here). Comes in a bunch of other colors and has elastic in the back of the waist band. Love!

Welcome back to my Renaissance in real time 🎨👩‍🎨 I may look like I have my ish together, but the reality is I don’t take care of myself like I used to. Wearing a bunch of hats during the day keeps me busy and fulfilled, but when I’m forced to slow down I don’t know what to do with myself. The very first habit I want to rebuild is a nighttime routine where I can take a few minutes to slow down and actually practice self care.I’m hoping creating little realistic routines throughout my day will be the foundation for pushing myself to do other things for myself like I used to.
